GMSS follows a comprehensive, measurable and documented quality control process. We implement and monitor a continuous internal KPI evaluation of employees, service providers, hardware and products via a dedicated QA/QC representative.

We ensure technical, systems and procedures compliance through all stages of our services and products and appreciate honest feedback from our clients to enable continuous accountability and improvement.

Each vendor/service provider or product is subjected to thorough due diligence, performance standards evaluation and quality measures before gaining eligibility to be included in our service offering. Our management staff remain available to directly and indirectly supervise services and product delivery ensuring ownership of quality measures. Each step in our workflow includes a series of checklist-based quality audits to ensure that clients receive the best premium service.

Clients are afforded the opportunity to rate service delivery, product quality levels and customer services interaction post completion via a digital platform. Survey feedback is constantly monitored and utilized to improve services and to breach service delivery gaps. We are committed to our goals and policy.
