Jorge has over thirteen years of administrative logistics and procurement experience as well as business development practice through his involvement in international commercial companies.
Jorge has extensive knowledge on aviation maintenance (with an expertise for Rotary Wing Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic (A&P) on UH-1H, UH-1H2, UH-60, Bell 412, MI-17), warehouse management, cargo and freight forwarding logistics and US government property management. Jorge performed as an aviation logistics lead for DynCorp and holds over Seven years of experience in Air military operations in hostile and non-hostile environments, while stationed mainly in the Middle East and South East Asia. Through his operational experience, Jorge has gained much knowledge in all relevant US regulations from the aviation, trade and security world.
A seasoned diplomat and expert on Africa, Run has over 10 years of experience in international politics and civil society building. Prior to joining GMSS she was Charge D’Affairs to the Embassy of Somalia in Washington DC. Run worked at UNHCR in Mogadishu, Somalia where she served as head of the procurement department. Mrs. Korshel then moved on to work as the head of the Immigration department at the Embassy of Somalia in Nairobi, Kenya. Following this position, she transferred to the Embassy of Somali in Washington DC where she was the Consular, Charge D’Affairs and Head of Mission. Run works tirelessly in upholding Somalia’s efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties between nations, as well as establishing firm foundations through community building.
Mrs. Run Korshel is a graduate of St. Catherine’s University in Minnesota, USA.
Deniz started her professional life in the purchasing department of TWIPV company in Dubai becoming the logistics team leader soon after. In this company, they provided services to various organizations and private companies such as armies of various countries, United Nations Missions to Afghanistan, Africa, Iraq, America, Korea, Germany, Central Asia. As logistics manager at MAVITEC in Turkey, she further specialised in event organization, market research, purchasing, supply chain management, logistics, customer service. Deniz Esma Yildiz is the Supply Chain Specialist for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS).
Deniz is a member of various international and national logistics associations and NGOs. She also works as an expert in regional courts in logistics and foreign trade related issues and cases. She voluntarily organizes weekly seminars on logistics, foreign trade and personal development in the Maritime and Foreign Trade departments at the Uludağ University Gemlik Vocational High School.
Deniz completed her Master’s degree in Logistics and Operations at Middlesex University in Dubai. She started her Ph.D. in Business Administration at Uludağ University in 2019. She holds Bachelor’s degrees from Balıkesir University, Import and Export Department and Dokuz Eylül University, Business Administration. Deniz speaks Turkish, English as well as basic Hungarian and Spanish
An expert on regulatory affairs in South Sudan, Alek has over a decade of senior experience working with high ranking local and foreign government officials navigating the political spectrum. She leads GMSS’ operations in South Sudan and supports regional activities throughout Central and Eastern Africa. Working as a diplomatic attaché in Washington D.C. at the South Sudan embassy, Alek greatly contributed to the mission of advancing the South Sudan’s interests and serving as a spokesperson to inform others about opportunities in the country.
Prior to working for GMSS, Alek also formerly served as CEO for the Community Health and Education Program South Sudan (CHEPSSD), a non-governmental organization that works to empower women and adolescents with improved knowledge and skills to meet their potential.
Alek holds a Bachelors of Art degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance from Cavendish University. She also holds a certificate in leadership and public speaking.
Adam Doolittle has more than 20 years of broad-based experience in risk management, security, and business operations and is the Chief Strategy Officer for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS). Adam uses his depth of expertise to develop and deliver creative, forward leaning and pragmatic risk management solutions for clients. He has successfully developed risk management, security, and logistical programs in support of customers and governments on a global cale. Adam also currently serves as the co-owner of a software development company that specializes in quality and safety monitoring systems for large corporations.
Prior to his role with GMSS, Adam was the co-founder and owner of a rivate security firm that delivered armed protection services to the U.S. federal government across 8 states. He gained his expertise and senior operating capabilities working as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Inter-Con ecurity Systems, where he led a team of over 40,000 security professionals across three continents in support of large commercial organizations, foreign governments and the U.S. federal government. Adam is a former U.S. Marine and wardee of the distinguished Presidential Service Badge while stationed aboard the Presidential retreat, Camp David.
Adam earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. He also graduated Summa cum Laude from Fort Hays State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Adam has served on multiple non-profit boards and was the Chairman for Vision and Strategic Initiatives for an organization that facilitated unding to socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. Adam speaks English and Spanish.
Ipek Wilkinson has more than 15 years of procurement and program management experience in expeditionary supply chain and security operations in remote and austere environments and is the Financial Controller for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS). Ipek has run several critical local community support and CSR projects for Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Africa, Asia and Middle East. Her field expertise and local and regional knowledge allows her to develop compliant, sustainable and practical supply chain solutions for clients. In her previous roles, Ipek has managed program budgets exceeding $800 M per year in a financial controller and auditor capacity. She has also managed Export Controls and Weapons Licensing in the UK, Afghanistan and Iraq. Ipek also owns her own business providing product development and material supply solutions in the Middle East and Africa for private corporations and Government contractors. Prior to her role with GMSS, Ipek has worked for several major International Government Prime Contractors Including Theodor Wille Intertrade Switzerland, Supreme Group USA, Olive Group United Arab Emirates and Iqarus International supporting security, medical and supply chain programs for Governments and NGOs in Afghanistan, Iraq, GCC, Nigeria, DRC, Djibouti, Somalia, Mali, Ivory Coast and Liberia. Ipek has been working as a senior manager for the last 15 years and has travelled to over 40 countries to deliver projects.
Ipek has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Middle East Technical University. She has completed CIPS and continuing her studies for CIPP certifications. She has earned Practicing Contract Manager certification from IACCM and been a member since 2011. Ipek is also an IRCA certified Quality Systems Auditor. Ipek speaks Turkish and English.
Isaac Kfir is the Senior Risk Management Advisor for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS). Isaac has 15 years of experience as an academic working on international and national security issues.
Between 2017 and 2020 he was the Deputy Director of the Defence, Strategy, and National Security and the Head of the Counterterrorism Policy Centre at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Canberra, Australia. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors, The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law, University of Malta, and as an adjunct professor at the Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, Charles Sturt University, Canberra, Australia. Isaac has fifteen years’ experience in higher education in Israel, the USA, Japan and Australia. He has published many academic papers, policy memos, and book chapters on national and international security, international law, and counterterrorism. He has also appeared before parliamentary select committees and has advised various government departments on such issues as border security, the terror-crime nexus, terrorist groups and innovation, and cyber terrorism.
Isaac holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Kent and a Bachelor’s degree in History with honours from the University of Buckingham. Isaac speaks English and Hebrew
Victoria Karkelanova is the Senior Intelligence Architect for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS). Victoria uses her expertise to develop innovative and effective threat and risk analysis as well as monitoring mechanisms tailored to client needs, helping clients make pragmatic decisions to protect their personnel, assets and reputation worldwide.
Prior to her role with GMSS, Victoria worked in the intelligence team of a private security firm that delivered risk management, security, humanitarian, training and operational support services to government and commercial entities across the globe. Victoria received a Student of the Year award from the University of Liverpool, where she earned her Master of Science degree in International Business. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in War Studies from King’s College London, having graduated with first class honours. Victoria speaks Bulgarian, English and basic German
Lala is the Senior Analyst for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS) where she contributes to the company’s growth strategy through business intelligence, research and analysis. Lala has over 10 years of experience in business development and research.
Prior to joining GMSS, Lala worked as a consultant for numerous international development organisations including the World Bank in Washington DC and a private international consultancy company in Baku, Azerbaijan where she worked on a project supporting the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense. Lala holds a Master’s degree in Management from Durham University Business School in Durham, United Kingdom. She is a Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (US State Department) and a Fulbright scholar. Lala speaks English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Turkish and basic German.
Chris has more than 25 years of experience in various specialized military and private security operations and projects in high risk environments within Africa and the Middle East, which includes 8 years in South African Special Forces. He specializes in security project management, policy and procedures development and implementation, host Government liaison/cooperation (HGSF) as well as security department establishment and development at all levels. Chris has extensive experience in Executive Protection, including Presidential level, as well as US State Department security programs and various Executive level advisory programs for major International Oil & Gas and construction companies. Chris is the Director of Security for Global Mission Support Services (GMSS). Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management from University of South Africa. He is a Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) and earned Safety Management Training Certificate – SAMTRAC (National Occupational Safety Association of South Africa), IMO ISPS Ship Security Officer (SSO), Company Security Officer *CSO), Port Facility Officer (PFSO), OGP/IAGC MM1 HSE Management System, MM2 Operation Sites Management, MM3 Emergency Response Planning, MAM1 Serious Incident Investigation, FMM2 Incident Reporting & Classification, FMM6 Job Hazards Identification.
Chris has multiple language skills and is proficient in English, Afrikaans, Dutch and Portuguese. As security advisor he has been extensively involved in Oil & Gas and other development projects in various remote and most challenging areas around the globe.
